When the Mereon Priming Frequency (below 8 Hz) vibrates through a dish with a few drops of water, an extraordinary thing happened: The Mereon Matrix appeared exactly as predicted. John Stuart Reid documented this phenomenon in 2012 with his revolutionary instrument, the CymaScope. Sonocytology. Symmetry & Cymatics
In the August 2004 issue of Science Magazine, James Gimzewski, professor at California NanoSystems Institute at UCLA and graduate student Andrew Pelling, published the results their sonocytology studies, using an atomic force microscope to detect the vibrations of the cell wall of a living cell. They amplified these vibrations using computer software to make the sounds audible. What they discovered was that cancerous cells emit a slightly different sound than healthy cells. This research was abandoned and the sound files were made public.
We decided to cymatically image these sounds and the symmetry was remarkable, coherent with motion found in imaging the Mereon Matrix, the 3-fold, 4-fold, and 5-fold symmetry, energy in, energy through, energy out.
The top three images are from our video of a healthy cell. The images to the right, d, e, and f, are stressed cells; and g, h, and i are dead cells.
What if the sounds our bodies make - our heartbeat, our brain waves - create patterns that reflect something deeper about how life organizes itself? These cymatic images suggest intriguing connections worth exploring.
Defining A System
The moving vertices in the Mereon Matrix video above co=create arcing pathways. Tracing any single vertex from its starting point through its complete journey back to that same location, it generates one of five spherical Trefoil knots. Since 1994, our Principal Investigators have used rigorous scientific methods to explore, understand, and articulate the First Principles governing this unifying matrix. It successfully shows the relationship between form and function in both living and life-like systems. To date, all hypotheses have been tested and found unfalsifiable.
Both polyhedron unite all fundamental forms, both the Platonic and Kepler solids. Our decades long investigation affirms that the interactive connection between these two polyhedra, the motion guided by the vertices of the geometry, define a complex array of 2/3 spherical trefoil knots. The core generates six knots, the boundary five. We are currently on task to animate the dynamic relationship between these two unique polyhedra. Stay tuned!
The Power of Perspective
The dynamics of this geometric system is complex. As the boundary 'inhales', the core 'exhales,' 'breathing' a bolus of energy into the boundary, lifting and stabilizing the system. As the core generates energy into this geo-bubble, the energy arcs, appearing as a rainbow.
Like the rainbow we see in the sky as the light breaks through on a rainy day, this Pattern is real, true even though the Knot is not a 'thing'. The images below are identical, differences you see simply a matter of perspective.

The Torus
A living system is open, self-organizing, and interacts with its environment, sustained by the Flow of information, energy and matter.
The Mereon Matrix is shown to define both living and lifelike systems, the First Principles connecting the forms that inform all functions and Flow.
The Flow of the torus—shown in the video to the right—defines one Mereon Knot. Again, the vertices of this complex system define five entangled tori in the context, the 120/180, and six in the core, the 144/300. All eleven Mereon Knots are 2/3 Trefoils, their non-alternating weave having two holes through the Torus.

On page 33 of his 2001 book, "The Universe In A Nutshell", Stephen Hawking shows the image on the right. He suggested that an 'inflated' trefoil knot may be the structure of Time. In this wonderful book he explores the fundamental nature of time and space, offering his perspective on how they are intertwined.
Hawking’s pondering and insight into the nature of what we perceive to be reality is compelling in terms of this research.
Fundamental Forms Informing All Forms, Function & Flow
A complex coupling of two previously unknown, dynamic polytopes generates two discrete clusters of knots, two arrays of what is understood to be the simplest expression of a trefoil knot. The boundary of the Mereon Matrix is aqueous, a dynamic polyhedron that at its minimum has 120-faces, and at its maximum opens to reveal 180 faces. This geometry defines five interacting Jitterbugs, a dynamic first understood by R. Buckminster Fuller, and its movement ties five Mereon trefoil knots.
The core of the system is also a dynamic, and defines an FCC lattice. At its minimum it has 144 faces, and it expands to reveal 300 faces as show to the right. The dynamic of this polytope defines six interacting Jitterbugs, tying six Mereon trefoil knots

In July 2024, author and researcher, Andrew Collins became aware of the Mereon Matrix and the new knowledge about how the Priming Frequency generates the system. Looking at the output perspective, he quickly recognised a powerful connection between Mereon and the world famous ancient site of Stonehenge. The dodecahedron.
The cymatic video makes it clear that the boundary of the Mereon Matrix, a 120 faced polyhedron expands to 180 faced polyhedron matches the 120-cell Schlegel wireframe diagram. This can be thought of as the 4-dimensional analog of the dodecahedron, a dodecahedron made with 12 pentagons, 3 around each vertex, or as the dodecaplex, constructed from 120 dodecahedra, with 3 around each edge.
